For all of you emailing about starting a chapter, forget about it. The only want to become a member of the BOOZEFIGHTERS MC is to earn it. You must hang around and existing chapter, be voted to prospect for a existing chapter (100% vote by the membership of the chapter), be voted to patch into an existing chapter (100% vote by the membership of the chapter), and be a full patch holder for a number of years before you would even be consider to start a new chapter. If all you want is a patch, check out H.O.G. or one of the other Bu!!sh!t clubs out there. It takes years in some cases to become a member of this club. The BOOZEFIGHTERS MC focuses on “Quaility over Quanity”.

The BOOZEFIGHTERS MOTORCYCLE CLUB is a traditional MC. We maintain the same Bi-Laws established in 1946 by Wino Willie and the Originals. They did not claim a territory and neither do we today. Our club is focused around Riding, partying, chasing woman and having a good time – all things that make life worth living. For you that don’t know, the BFMC was founded in 1946 by a group of WWII vets fresh home from the War. They all when back to work when they returned from duty, but needed more, they needed more excitement than everyday life could give them. They found that excitement in each other, “Espirt De Corps”, as they say in the military. Same goes for today, many of our members are Military; some are active duty currently serving overseas. We have found that missing piece in our lives thru the club. That is why we all fly our colors proudly and defend them as needed. We are American men and this is our country! Ride free.

We get alot of emails from guys wanting to ride with us. Let me give you a little tip…….
If you start your email with “I just got my bike out of winter storage”, you probably are not going to fit in too well. We ride year around – 12 months a year. If the roads are dry (no ice), chapter 71 is out doing what we do. We average over 10,000 miles a year as a chapter. Some of our guys in the chapter ride over 20,000+ a year. Its nothing for us to leave after work on a friday, ride 500 miles, party all weekend and then ride home on sunday night. NO BAR TOO FAR right?

A couple of emails have come in asking what we mean when we say “NO BAR TOO FAR”. To sum it up, a BOOZEFIGHTERS’ two favorite things are riding his motorcycle and partying with other BOOZEFIGHTERS - no matter how far away they are. So when we say “NO BAR TOO FAR”, it means we are ready to ride and we are ready to party! Ask any member and I’m sure they will have plenty of stories about riding across country to have a beer with a brother!!

We do not currently have any support gear available. We are currently working on a t-shirt design and support stickers. These items will be available in the near future, keep checking back. Thank you for the support and all the emails asking!

We get alot of questions on our email, they almost always start the same way. “I seen you guys out and I have a question”. If you see us out and about and have a question, come up and ask!!! One question we get alot is on our bottom rocker “EST. 1946″. We are very proud of our heritage and the fact we have been around for 63 years now. The other thing we can’t talk about enough is the fact that we are NOT a territorial club. We do not now or have we ever claimed a territory. If you see a BOOZEFIGHTER with a patch on the front of his vest that is in reference to an area, that is nothing more that letting people know where he is from – we ride alot, out of state runs are not out of the ordinary, we like letting people know where we are from. Thats it, nothing more, nothing less!!!!

Also on a side note, on the back of our vest is a number, our chapter is 71. That is another way you can tell where a member is from.

Yes, we are the real deal!!! Same BOOZEFIGHTERS that got started in 1946, same ones that were in Hollister in 1947, the same ones that the movie, “The Wild One” with Marlon Brando was based on, and the same one you’ve seen on the History channel, Discovery channel and other TV specials. You’ve read about us in Easy Rider, The Horse, and other biker rags. Any more questions?

To answer another common email question – Chapter 71 does not have a club house and has no plans to have one anytime soon. Just too much work, we would prefer to ride to other chapters club houses and party. So if your out looking for us, try your local bars or keep your eyes open on the highway!!!

I’ve been getting alot of emails regaring upcoming BFMC events. Chapter 71 prefers to ride to partys over hosting partys. We had our benefit back in June and have nothing else scheduled for this year. Any of you that have ever planned a party knows what a pain in the ass it can be. We are on the road the next few weeks visiting our brothers in other chapters. We are usually out a few times during the week taking advantage of Happy hour prices. If anything comes up for us locally, we will be sure to post it on here.
